Need help To filling F2b visa For Son

Hello all , me again , this time for my brother !!

My father want to file F2b visa for his son (30 years old unmarried)  , i'm his brother who want to file online in my father name , i just want to ask about some required documents which i'm not very informed , i know that i have to pay 535$ fee for apply , but documents which required , do i have to take picture with my phone camera  and upload it , or need a pdf format which need printer or fax idk , and those 2x2 passport photograph should be of my brother or father which filling documents?
