We sent ours on July 27 but only received noa on august 15. Now that makes me wonder, do we count as July filers? I always assumed we’re august because of our noa date

the best way to tell is your receipt number, the ranges are in date order so someone more experienced than me can tell what week a case was received/created by USCIS by the number. It's also why sometimes the start of a month scan may include the previous months (new months don't start on a monday always) and last week of a month's scan may incl the next's.

So for instance, these March approvals in scan *could* be late Feb showing up in the early March scan (so 28 Feb and 1st March will be in the same scan range). Just depends how scanners set their scripts up. Either way, they've started March or are basically starting it any min.

If your received date on the letter says Aug 15th then that's the date. Some people just use the Notice date on the letter, that's what VJ page says to use while users and scanners actually look at received date. My received date is 24th but my notice date is 27th 🤷‍♂️

I'm curious if they're actually march... they sent it on 23rd Feb and NOA1 is only 2nd March??? Wondering if they're received date is actually end Feb. Some people put notice date, not received date. If anyone has seen a more concrete march approval I'll believe they're in march 😂

5 were approved in the WAC22900570xx group, and all of the "neighbour" cases were March 2. Lawfully shows 10 March cases processed yesterday, and they pull  based on receipt dates and not groups.

good to know ty! I assumed after looking a bit more that it does look like they're in March. Exciting 👀

I see, thanks! I’m super confused now tho 😅 I always thought it was weird that we got our noa so late compared to everyone else. I guess we’ll just wait and see

(if anyone knowledgeable would be so kind to help me figure it out by our wac number, I’d really appreciate it 😊)

if you don't have the original letter, it should be on the website when you enter your number.

Yeah it says august 15. So I guess we should be in the august group even tho we sent it at the end of July and only received noa after ~2 weeks

indeed!!!! I said it last week, if they can hit ~250/day that is 5,250/month in 21 work day months. That speeds up the current estimates by ~3 weeks to a month.

Really hoping for the 250/day. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow's update!

Interesting that the first few approvals for March are happening while there is a backlog of about 8k total in front of them from all the other months. So basically those that get in the very first wave of a new month skip the line by about 8k

I don't want to say that the backlog is "fake", but I think that USCIS is moving on quickly if they don't hear back from RFEs in a timely manner. So that 8k number, I don't know how much of that are truly "active cases" in the eyes of USCIS, but in my opinion I would probably cut 3k off of what is viewed in front of March and beyond: "Ghost cases" + "nonactive" months. But that is just my two cents.

I agree that numbers from this week so far are amazing and they're simply rolling through February! But at the same time I'm almost pleading USCIS to slow down a bit when it comes to moving to the next month and don't leave me behind! hahaha
Some few approvals from March already, but this is literally still the 3rd week of real activity for February 22 filers 😵

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

Oh yeah, I wish they didn't do it this way but at this point, realistically, it's the only way to do it faster, otherwise they would still be at December or something and people would still complain. It's lose-lose. I hope you get approved soon!
