Passport collection times in London

Hello, our visa was approved on 01/06 at the London consulate and we received an email saying it's ready for pickup starting from 01/11. However, it does not specify their opening times. Anybody knows what they are?

Do you mean passport pickup at the consulate?  London does not allow in-person pickup from the consulate -- only pickup from the courier depot, or delivery.  Did you not set your preferred passport delivery method before your interview?
