I-134A Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support

So, the I-134A for Haiti requests a passport number. Apparently they coded the system (maybe mistakenly) to accept only passports with 9-digit, starting with 2-3 letter and 6-7 numbers.

 

Apparently newer issues passports in Haiti have 9 digits but start with 1 letter.

 

anyone finding that issue? Any way around that?
