Well, it all depends on the strength of paperwork you submitted. Until they give you an answer, don’t negotiate against yourself. Furthermore, you can add “unsolicited evidence”, if you feel you would do things differently next time you apply, submit an addendum as unsolicited evidence. myself, when I applied for 3 people on Jan 10th, 2 got confirm notices on Jan 12…I had to wait until February 13 for the 3rd one. When I called I was told to wait.

Green card holder trying to bring Haitian mom to America

You should start with the Biden Parole. -
I am getting ready to travel to Haiti to pick up my beneficiaries due to the I-134A being approved. American Airlines just sent us the following question to which the beneficiaries must reply “Yes” or “No”. ”Are you a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, U.S national or non-U.S. citizen traveling to the United States on a qualified immigrant visa? “ For those of you who have successfully gone through, did you have your beneficiaries choose “yes” or “no”? please this is URGENT. Thank you Kind Internet Strangers 🙂 I am getting ready to travel to Haiti to pick up my beneficiaries due to the I-134A being approved. Frustrating it was pal! Happy to report we making progress on our end. Indeed, Submitted I-134A on January 10 for 3 people. Got a confirm the same day for 2. Since they all had to travel together (sister and 2 kids), we waited about 1month (January 13) to get the last confirm. We submitted cbp1 last night (Feb 14) and received travel authorization today. Buying tickets now. many updates on your side?

The only issue you should expect is, when they download the app, make sure their internet is strong (I had my sister close any webpage she had open and make sure no one else is connected to the internet). Furthermore, to log in the app, they’re going to ask a 2 factor authentication. We chose the one that generate 10 back-up codes at a time. each time you use a backup code to access, they’ll give you time to do as many attempts to take pics, after so many failed attempts, they log you out and you have to use another backup code to access. Moral of the story: if you are using backup codes, once you get to the 9th, have them use a computer to log in to create 10 more so you have enough codes to do as many attempts. sorry for the long post. That was just our experience.

Yup! There is this crazy issue with app versions. We used the 2.30. We spent ALL day long yesterday trying to take pictures. They tried inside, it’s too dark inside. We go outside , outside in the sun, app asks to go somewhere with more shades. We ended up spending $150 on professional photographers lightnings for it to work. Once we got the right lightning, the app worked.

250k should be enough. I wouldn’t worry about the business letter. If push come to shove I’d get the business tax returns and business bank statements ready. Im not sure about what the business letter signed by them affirming 100% ownership would do since it’s an LLC and not a sole proprietorship. Maybe you meant the EIN confirmation letter from the IRS. Your parents are very generous supporting this entire family, blessings on them! id say submit i134a application as soon as possible since the line is getting long. Good Luck!

Rien n’arrivera à ta forme I-129f l’ami. Nothing will happen. It doesn’t change your I-129f. Per USCIS.gov FAQs: Q8. I understand that having a pending immigration case with USCIS will not make me ineligible for the process; however, if I am paroled into the United States under the process and my pending immigration case is approved, will that impact my ability to adjust status at a later time? If you are paroled into the United States under the process and have a separate immigration case pending with USCIS, your ability to adjust status will not be impacted directly by your parole under this process.
