Hello Everyone,
I hope all of you are doing well. My situation is the following situation. I was born in Cuba, I have been living in Canada for more than 16 years, I have been a Canadian citizen since I was a teen “ I left Cuba when I was 8 years old “ I have a citizenship Canadian/Cuban. I have been visiting the USA many times more than 15+ times. I have family in the USA /Florida. Recently I have been wanting to move to the USA. As a Cuban I qualify to apply for the DV Lottery. My question is the following I drop out of high school in grade 11 for “personal reasons” many years ago. Now I'm almost completing my college education diploma (2 years) I got into college because I completed the mature student entrance test and I got an offer from the college.

I have the following questions

1- Do I qualify to apply for the DV lottery even tho I didn't complete high school only with my College diploma?

2- Any other way I can migrate to the USA as a Cuban or Canadian?

TIA Thanks Thank You GIF by Lumi

The Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 (CAA) allows Cuban natives or citizens living in the United States who meet certain eligibility requirements to apply to become lawful permanent residents (get a Green Card).

Not something I am familiar with but I am sure there are a lot of NGO's who can help

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
