New DS 160???

Hello All! Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I tried to start a new ds 160 today 11/22/2022 and the form from the government is already expired... It expired on 10/31/2022. See image. 

I know if you send the expired form they will ask for the new form which is not on their website. 

Any ideas on the location of a current "new" ds 160 will be greatly appreciated

At the initial login page, you will need to "Start An Application" instead of "Retrieve An Application". I had to start 3 applications waiting for our consulate.

Again, each consulate process may be a little different.

Some consulates apparently expires saved DS-160 forms after a month to keep applicants from filing too early.

Some consulates will accept early filings without expiring the save DS-160.

Best to post to your regional forums to ask others with experience with your consulate.

That is the OMB expiration date, which is a date internal to the US federal government and NOT relevant to visa applicants.  Whatever DS-160 web form is on the official ceac.state.gov page is the current version of the DS-160.
