NVC Expedite

Hi Everyone, 

 

my husband is getting his deployment orders soon, could we use this as a reason to expedite our case. Case is currently at NVC, has anyone used this as a reason to expedite? Is there something I need to say or get down for the expedite to be approved.

He can expedite as soon as he has his orders. Maybe a written statement from the CO will do too. He as the USC can call or email and request an expedite because of it.

 

But why do you want to try and get here before his deployment? Would be an awful lonely time in a new country.

I would like to accompany him if possible, it’s been so lonely over here as well. Anything We can do to take another step.

You know you have to pay out of pocket to do that right? Plus you have to follow the visa regulations of the country he's deploying to and probably won't be able to stay the whole time. Plus deployments usually don't include much downtime so you might not be able to see him regularly. In know y'all in love and want to be together but that doesn't make much sense 🤗😘
