Hello everyone

I am new to VisaJourney, hope everyone getting smooth of their application.

Actually I am facing some problems for my case.
I ( Petitioner) and my wife live and work in Hong Kong,
I submitted the document and got Accepted.

I got 3 Case FE Review notes as my attachment.

1. Please submit every 2021 W-2/1099 form for me.

2. Please submit My Evidence of Income. For more information, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin.

3. This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

But the question is:
- I don't have an W-2/1099 because I am not working at the US.
( I submitted 2019 and 2020 tax return transcript, for the 2021 I submitted the form 1040
( I didn't submit the tax return transcript for 2021, because it was a new submission and too soon to ask for a tax return transcript record)

- Should I ask IRS for the 2021 tax return transcript and submit again?
(Because all the case review take almost 2 months long. I don't want to misunderstanding what they really want or need from me.)

- For the Case FE Review note No.3, is that means my case already sent to the Hong Kong embassy ?
(I didn't received any E-mail about DQ)

I appreciate your help very much

  Adrian

Write a letter explaining that you are employed abroad, and do not have W2s/1099s for 2020 nor 2021, and upload it under “W2”.

Yes, it’s time for a 2021 tax transcript.

You are most certainly not DQ’d and will not be receiving IL from Hong Kong until after you sort this out. Most importantly, it’s time for a joint sponsor unless your source of income will continue when you move to the US.
