Please help! I meet my wife 5 years ago in Russia, (I’m Russian and she is American) We were in love, we applied for all paperwork and got my visa, got my first conditional green card and year after that it turned out what is no longer in love with me and want a divorce. I love her and we been trying to work it out and seeking some consoling but over the month it became clear what she wants out and not willing to work on our relationship.

We agreed what we will stay together till condition remover (I got 11 months to go) and after that we will file for divorce. But right now, she is in love with another man, she is hurting me, I can’t do this no more and I want out. WHAT can I do? I can’t go back to Russia, I got no family and friends, no place to stay. (I was an orphan). I can’t and don’t want to go back home. I got a house, very good job and a lot of friends here… please help.

This is not that unusual a situation... if you don't mind doing a little reading there are many post threads dealing with this subject... do a search using a keyword such a "lifting conditions divorce" and see what comes up.

See both a divorce attorney and an immigration attorney. The former may be able to help you keep that house (it yours? or is it your wife's or jointly owned), the latter may be able to help you keep your LPR status.
