Sponsored issue

My husband did has interview today and the ambassador was asked to find a new sponsor and upload the sponsor documents in  CEAC because they reject the  previous sponsor.Everything else is good she said.And When I sign in to CEAC website, under Affidavit of support (AOS) there is no option to add joint sponsor.Can you please help me out and tell me excatly where I supposed to submit the new sponsor documents?

Who is this ambassador you talk about? An ambassador wouldn't interview visa applicants, consular officers do. 

 

But to answer your question - go back into CEAC and upload the new sponsor AOS - may need to pick a different category - like OTHER and then provide description that it's the newly requested joint sponsor addition of AOS.

Sorry its my mistake,it’s consular officer  was asked to find a new sponsor.
