Wrong amount and No confirmation from the Online payment

I would like to ask what would I do if I entered a wrong amount of money in paying my visa via online banking. But I haven't received any confirmation if the transaction went through or not. The money was deducted to my account.

They will not process payment if the fee is incorrect.  They will reject the entire packet and return it to you.  You can send it back immediately with the correct payment.

There is no packet to return with a tourist visa.

What have you done to raise it with whoever is scheduling appointments? All embassies have contact us form or even phone number for visa scheduling (3rd party processor/scheduling) - call them with proof of wrong payment, bank statement or cc screenshot that it was paid wrongly. Ask them to look into this.
