I have an issue with questions in the DS260

"Person living at the intended address"… im the petitioner and only have that address as "domicile", should i check the "do not apply box?.

*Im already looking for a place to live and will move to the US alone before my spouse arrives, it will matter if I dont have that address on file or do I need to update all the documents when I move?

*Where says , do yo have all US vaccines", should i say "yes" because the beneficiary will have them before the interview?

And on the question "will you spouse will be immigrating with you"… i answered "no"… because i am already domiciled in the US and will move way before, its that ok?

If your spouse intends to live at that address then enter who lives there now.  If she doesn't, then don't enter it.  Yes on vaccines and no on spouse immigrating with you are both correct.

Note that these questions are the visa applicant's questions to answer, not the US Citizen.  That you are typing is fine, but type as if you are the foreigner applying for a visa.  Read questions carefully and interpret them literally, then answer accurately.
