Hello my pd is june 7 2022 active rev on june 10th california service center im usc

 

I filed i130 on dec 29 2014 for my ex spouse and i was apporved by uscis nov 2015 after approval they sent my case to nvc during that time we got divorced and i left the case didn't email uscis or nvc

 

i put in new i130 on June 2022 for my wife i should be ok or i had to email uscis or nvc?

Send a letter in to kill the first I-130 as you have 2 in file.

Attach receipt number for the first, or make sure you write it on your subject line.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

what is the email address to email uscis . i know if you don't contact nvc for year they throw away your case .

 

with new i130 i submitted my divorce papers

I-130 don't expire..
