what is the email address to email uscis . i know if you don't contact nvc for year they throw away your case . with new i130 i submitted my divorce papers

Hello my pd is june 7 2022 active rev on june 10th california service center im usc I filed i130 on dec 29 2014 for my ex spouse and i was apporved by uscis nov 2015 after approval they sent my case to nvc during that time we got divorced and i left the case didn't email uscis or nvc . i put in new i130 on June 2022 for my wife i should be ok or i had to email uscis or nvc?

yes i have chat logs call logs screen shots for each month . we have joint bank account in Pakistan and i send her money every month via xoom app into our joint account in pakistan..

i met my wife 1st time in Pakistan and during that visit i got married to her and then after a month i went again to go see her for a week .

country Pakistan ----- embassy Islamabad . her sister is in usa and i met her thru her and spoke to her over phone/call video for about 6months . i got married to her on my 1st visit and after that i went back 2nd visit for about a week .

oh ok i visited once since i got married cant visit spouse often due to work and other issues .

Is it recommended to visit spouse when your i130 is at uscis and then goes to nvc till interview ?during interview do they ask wife how many time your husband came to visit you ? my pd is june 7th 2022 usc active review since june 10th 2022 at California

Hello I am a US citizen my case details -June 7,2022 is pd Active reviewing on June 10th at California. I’m usa citizen should I file 129f k3 now . Will this make it faster approval . does it help or should I just wait? Country Pakistan. My 2nd question is I have an online account can I upload more evidence Online or it slow down my case ( I just want to upload our joint account bank letter and check book copy ) . Thanks in advance

Hello Every one This is my divorce from Pakistan . Nadra issued me date of notice is 23 June 2016 , date of effectiveness of divorce is 20 sep 2016 ---- i tihnk nadra office miss calculation the dates It is 89 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date. will this a issue by uscis ? my pd is June 7th 2022 case is active review on june 10 2022 . im usa citizen how long is wait at California service center Thanks in advance
