Contact USCIS and/or use the Chat with Emma and try to do a "lost notice" request. Some others who never received word of biometrics did this with success. 

 

Did you go through Adjustment of Status previously and submitted biometrics for that?

Same for my husband, so I assume this is normal for CR-1 visa types. It’s been 10 months and we’ve gotten nothing but the receipt. We even filed an inquiry back in July; they just ignored it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

You should file a Service Request with the USCIS.  I turned my document in December 2021 as well and had to filed for one after 3-4 months and no update or biometrics appointment.  They updated my case shortly after to waive the biometrics about a week after I submitted the SR.  I can't remember which one I chose, but I think it was the SR for the appointment one then selected I-751 then just wrote something like I never got a scheduled biometrics appointment.
