Hi all. I just noticed on my I-797C that my wife’s middle name is missing. It’s just her last name then first (Last, First). Our I-130 was filed about 9 and half months ago. Will this cause an issue? Why would her middle name be missing (we used a lawyer, but I confirmed and looked over I-130 documents and her middle name was on there and correct on the I-130)? Is it too late to change it?

Probably an issue of character limitations on the notice itself.  You can update if needed, at NVC stage.

Got it. So we’ll leave as is for now. Thank you btw! I really appreciate your answers to all the questions I’ve asked recently. Very helpful. I have a lawyer, but after reading some experiences on here and the fact he doesn’t seem to want to communicate much and seems unenthused has me worried! I looked over all the I-130 documents myself, and it looked good but you never know. Atleast I can have both and hopefully have two forms of backup since I’m TERRIBLE at paperwork. I’ll be having more questions soon for y’all such as how to file a I-864 with self-employed free lance income. Once again, tysm!

As for free lance income, start by becoming an A-Student of the I-864 instructions.
