Made a mistake on sending a document to NVC

Hey , I send a slightly cut off document from the top it was I 797 form , just where it says United States of America ( the title ) , but I can read all the informations in to with no problem, should I resend it with an other good scan , and how ? Thanks.

there is no need to send the I 791 to NVC

did you get RFE to send this?

It is an I 797 when you have an expired green card , uscis give this form until you get the new card

if u do a timeline and let members know your query is for ROC,  u will get repsonses directed to that particular issue

NVC is for National Visa Center

 

NBC is for benefits like ROC , etc

Gone a bit astray here.  I read i-797 not I-751.  He may have filed an I-751 but the document he's talking about could be any kind of a notice of action.  I-797 is just a notice of action.  Could be any action.

 

OP needs to clarify.  You don't "send" to NVC.  You upload.  Maybe this is a removal of conditions and he means NBC, not NVC.
