E2/E3 NVC DQ waiting time is allegedly fast

Hi everyone, Over the past few months I've been doing research and it seems after I-140 approval and USCIS sends your case to the NVC, the typical wait time to be DQ'd is about 3-4 weeks. I just spoke with someone who got DQ who submitted his documents 3 weeks ago. 

 

Because there is no option to submit civil documents through the CEAC website and that it needs to be sent via physical mail, should we disregard the NVC processing time on their website? To be even more clear, only the cases where civil documents were submitted online are evaluated based on the NVC's processing timeline?

 

Is there anyone pursuing their immigrant visa through employment who can share their experience of getting DQ after submitted DS-260 and other civil documents? I appreciate any feedback and I a looking for a reason to be hopeful. I am already quite hopeful since E2/E3 people are quickly getting DQ (if they submit all the right documents). Thanks to you all in advance.

I just received email confirmation that I am documentary qualified exactly two weeks after the NVC received my civil docs. I am applying for an EB3 visa.

Like @CaffeNeroGuy I was surprised to get DQ two weeks after submitting civil docs. I though perhaps it was because my application got lost for a couple of months in UCSIS requiring the Ombudsman to get them to fish it out. So I'm in for EB1A. I-140 approved end of Jan. DQ 1 Sept. Also hoping for an early interview at London Embassy. Hoping that might come on Monday 3 October for November interview.

EB1A - I think EB1, EB2 and EB3 are treated the same at this point. None get preferential treatment.

Sailing through the same boat and just completed DS-260 and paid the fee. 
I just sent documents to address below as my lawyer won't do it ( he is on Vacation for month so to avoid the delay i am doing it ) 

DOS Visa

Sterling VA 20166

My petition is for EB1C category ( multinational managers and my PD is current, Canadian Citizen ) 
I provided all civil docs ( like Birth, police and marriage certificates - along with passport ) 
Do i need to do anything else? its been a week but i haven't heard anything from NVC

You didn’t send them your actual passport I assume, or originals of any docs?! Just copies? 
 

Nothing else to do now but wait, you won’t hear anything from them until you either get a RFI or are DQ’ed.

Correct - just provided copies, and not originals. 

Trying to stay positive, hopefully will get DQ'ed soon without much hassle. 🙂

I got response from NVC that i am DQ'ed

I sent my docs on 10/17/2023 and got DQ today 11/03/2023 I guess it certainly goes through faster via mail.
