Where to get COVID Vaccine for U.S. travel?

Hello, are there any countries currently providing US-approved COVID vaccines to tourists? My partner recently received U.S. tourist visa and is fully vaccinated with the Sputnik vaccines. However, Sputnik is not accepted by the U.S. We're trying to find a country my partner can go to get the approved vaccinations. Thank you.

Europe does US-approved vaccines, but their systems are usually not meant for tourists.  Best I could find is Denmark where temporary residents become eligible if their stay is longer than 30 days:

You could also try a web search for something like "travel medicine" and then contact doctors individually and ask them if they are willing to vaccinate self-paying tourists.
