Form FD-258

Hey guys,

 

getting ready to file to remove conditions and was just wondering about the fingerprint information (Form FD-258) included in the evidence checklist. Is it imperative to include this if there’s going to be a biometrics appointment anyway?

 

As it’s included in the checklist and if it does circumvent the biometrics appointment, I’d definitely want to include but just thought I’d check to see if it does make a difference.

It depends on the circumstances that you are applying to remove the conditions. For example, I had to send fingerprints and photos with my I-751 package because, at the time of filing, I was a military spouse residing overseas

Read the caption above where you found FD-258 on instructions, it should say to submit IF outside the US. 
Thus the answer is NOT NEEDED

So i'm assuming that passport photos also fall under that remit too?
