K-1 visa document delivery registration

Hi,

My fiance just had his interview at the Haiti office.  He was approved and the representative told him he needs to register for his passport to get picked up at the DHL location of his choice.  Prior to his interview I had already selected a DHL office for him to pick up his passport but she said he needs to go and register so he can get back his passport.

This is confusing since I initially did all of this and selected a specific location. The location was always visible on our dashboard and after his interview, it was no longer there. Second, when I follow the directions on the paper they gave him, I don't see an option to select for the type of visa.  Does anyone know what to do for the K-1 visa document delivery process?

I don't quite understand "...needs to register for his passport to get picked up at the DHL location of his choice."? It sounds like the Haiti US embassy uses DHL delivery service.

You should have selected the visa delivery options in the UStravelDocs or the DS-160 form?

Usually pick up at the delivery site is best if the delivery and address of the country is not reliable.

The UStravelDocs and DS-160 should have been completed before the interview?

I don't know how you were able to get the interview without completing the UStravelDocs and DS-160?

Were you able to correct the issue?
