My filipina wife has been in the US. since 8/5/20 (also her 10 year green card "since date") and we are looking to start gathering information to apply for her citizenship next year (from what we understand). After reading on here we are a little confused on the "90 day rule". Can she actually apply 90 days before 8/5/23 or will she need to wait until at least 8/5/23 to apply for her citizenship test/hearing? Thanks ahead for any information...Jo

She will be able to apply 90 days prior to the third year anniversary of her GC.  So based on the early filing calculator, 5/7/2023.  If filing online, it is recommended to wait 2 or 3 days as there are some funny USCIS system glitches that other members have encountered when filing immediately when the 90 day window opens.

Good Luck!
