So, this time show her current income as the gross annual Social Security and then enter the balances of all savings and/or investment accounts in the asset section, and document them with current statements, plus statements from 3 and six months ago.  There should be no issue in qualifying.  If was still working when she completed the affidavit originally, she could simply leave the asset section blank, but not now.

 

Evidence of current income will be from her Social Security award letter she can download from mysocialsecurity.gov

Thank you specially for this bit of info! We've had a difficult time figuring out how to get that.

 

So we submitted an updated AOS form showing her savings of over 70k, tax transcript, screenshot of her account balance, bank name, account holder name and account number. We wait in hope now.
