But i didn't received IL from US Embassy Islamabad yet even after a month of approval. And main thing is that my case status on website also didn't changed yet. It's still showing "At NVC". What is the reason behind that can anyone knows? And how much time ISL Embassy takes after expedite request approval to send IL.

Try reaching out to NVC since it's been a month already. ISL embassy is pretty backlogged for now. Could take  couple of months to probably schedule your interview IMO.
