Hello vj friends, i had condition removed on December of 2021 and citizenship interview February 2022. I passed the test but officer told me she need to pass it over to her supervisor before approving it. It’s been 3 months since my citizenship interview and I am still waiting and not even thinking about it.

last week I caught my spouse cheating with a guy whom she met while on vacation last year. She initially apologized but later asked for a divorce.

What do I do with my pending n400 since I filed under 3 years? Do I call USCIS and cancel it or withdraw?

Do I change my address when I leave?

I am so confused but at same time, I do not want to loose the money paid and start all over again.

Please what do I do?

Thank you.

Has a divorce been filed?

If no divorce has been filed when you attend oath, you take oath.

If divorce has been filed and not completed by the time you attend oath, you inform the IO before taking oath.

If divorce has been completed by the time you attend oath, you bring the decree without to oath and inform the IO. The IO will make a ruling as to whether you can take oath.

You file AR-11 within 10 days of changing your physical and/or mailing address.
