if they make AOS would it be a problem?
some guys her scared the oute of me and said you will be deported and it’s crime!!!
I been to US many times, and each time I get like 3 months but I never stayed more than tow weeks, usually one week.
I need help , anybody have done AOS and on ESTA and got married?
do I need lawyer or I can do it on my own?
thank you so much

Whoever told you that taking the AOS route is a crime when circumstances change while here in the US is wrong.  Many people do it successfully, and it is a very legal option.  The question you need to ask yourself is will this option work for your specific situation.  As mentioned, the AOS route has a few issues like waiting for work authorization, or advanced parole.  The latest estimates are 8+ months for these authorizations, although there is some rumblings that USCIS is speeding up at least the work authorization applications.

It is up to you what path you take.

Good Luck!
