Hi all

I had my visa approved at my appointment 26th April.

CEAC was updated to issued on 27th April

However the visa appointment service is still showing as Appointment in the status section and I've recieved nothing about getting my passport back.

I have paid for the premium courier to my home address.

Anyone had a similar experience or know if there is someone I can call to get an update?

Thanks

There’s a lot of helpful information on the ais.usvisa site (where you register your appointment and make courier arrangements). But you have to dig around to find it. I hope they can help you.

So I've had a generic email back basically saying that I just have to wait.

I've questioned this and they sent the same email just bolded some of the text.

I do not know what to do now as I have no idea where my passport and visa are when the visa was issued nearly 2 weeks ago.

Any suggestions of someone I can call?
