Have they given you the option to cha ge this? My visa was issued 27th April. Still heard nothing with regards to tracking and anyone i speak to via the channels suggested can't tell me anything about when I should get tracking information. I'm due to move this weekend and am worried it won't be here! I thought 2.5 weeks was going to be enough time

So I've had a generic email back basically saying that I just have to wait. I've questioned this and they sent the same email just bolded some of the text. I do not know what to do now as I have no idea where my passport and visa are when the visa was issued nearly 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions of someone I can call?

Hi all I had my visa approved at my appointment 26th April. CEAC was updated to issued on 27th April However the visa appointment service is still showing as Appointment in the status section and I've recieved nothing about getting my passport back. I have paid for the premium courier to my home address. Anyone had a similar experience or know if there is someone I can call to get an update? Thanks

Does anyone know how long CBP interview takes when arriving for the first time on a greencard? Obviously know the line itself can range but the actual speaking to an officer? Thanks
