AOS Interview Rescheduled - Still Waiting

Hi everyone,

My AOS interview was initially scheduled for December 3rd in San Bernardino County (CA). I happened to be moving to Los Angeles on that same day, so I made a request to reschedule my interview to a later date. I got a phone call from the SB field office, in which they granted my request to reschedule and said they were moving my case to the Los Angeles field office. I received an email confirmation stating that, if I didn't hear from them within 90 days, I should get in touch. It's been nearly 6 months and I still haven't received a new interview date.

I bet the LA field office is super busy. I also read somewhere that if you reschedule the interview, you get bumped to the back of the list (?) That's fine with me, but any idea how long it might take until I get a new interview date? I've been calling USCIS but can never get a real person on the phone. If anyone knows a shortcut, I'm interested 🤗

Thanks!

I tried this number multiple times but can't seem to get a human being on the phone. I sent a service request, hopefully I'll hear back.
