Few week ago i had n400 interview i took  final court disposition with me and in minutes everything was mention that i sucessfully completed my probt deffer sentence etc.immigration officer  asked me about pending ticket outcome i told the case is dismissed and handed him court record and he read court minutes and saw dismissed and kept that record on my file and then he wrote in computer that ticket dismissed and asked me to sign on tablet. He didnot asked  me that i was in probation ever and didnot asked me if i ever convicted and ever deffer sentence expunge etc and i think he didnot update on his computer and on my form .he just asked me if i ever arrested and i said no he said ok and approved .i wonder if it can be problem for me in future that because my n400  not updated with sentence /probation/etc?

speeding ticket is not an arrest

we usually just pay  a ticket and don't hire a lawyer

Speeding ticket.

No arrest no injury .just simple ticket

then no problem

and no lawyer was needed so in the future,  just pay a ticket

and take the driving course u need

better yet don't speed as the points for a ticket add up on your DL

u should read about points in California

You'll have 1-2 points added to your driving record depending on the violation. Typically, infractions are one point and misdemeanors add two points to your record. You can also get negligent operator points if you cause a collision. The points range from 0-3 depending on the severity of the accident among other things.

The points stay on your record for 3-7 years. Getting too many points doesn’t just look bad on your driving record. It can have serious consequences. California drivers who get four points within a 12-month time period may have their driver's licenses revoked or suspended.
