On October 18 I had my interview at the embassy with my two sisters and on October 25 I reviewed my case and it was refused and they already sent my sisters their passport and the last date of updating my case was November 10 and still on refused.

Can someone tell me what's going on, I'm very worried

Yes,   Refused is the term they post on CEAC site while case is in AP after interview

it will show as issued when the AP is complete

unless they find an issue not disclosed in documents and/or interview   and at any time understand it can go to denied

i know people get AP after the interview and then issues ?

Every case goes into Ap

1.  sometimes just to print out the visa (as it takes about a week unless computers or electricity or internet as sometimes happens)

2.  AP can be for extra security checks as needed in high fraud countries

3.   AP can be wait time for needed documents required by CO and embassy

4.   AP can be wait time to check the documents that were submitted to check the validity of them

to clarify

the site use to use AP but USCIS also uses AP for advance parole to travel before the 10 year green card is issued

so,  CEAC now used Refused to state the visa is "on hold" till actually issued or denied

u r probably going to see issued but it is never guaranteed

allah bless u both

Iam in same boat , interview console said every thing ok but status changed to refused , i thought REFUSED should be when they ask for extra document and it should change to AP ???!!!
