Hello,

My documents were approved by NVC 05/28/2021....10 months later still waiting for an interview. Does anyone know someone who's docs were approved between March 2021-May 2021? Have the recently been scheduled an interview?

This process has taken nearly 3 years, I can't flight to see my husband. A few of my flights were cancelled due to covid. 😭

I strongly recommend at least one more visit before the visa interview.  If you can't meet in India, make plans to meet in a third country you can both travel to.  COVID travel restrictions are gradually being eased, depending on the country.  3 years without seeing each other in person is a long time and could make it more difficult to convince the IO that the marriage is bona fide.  Because interviews in Mumbai are taking a very long time, you have time for a visit before it is scheduled.  The spouse in India can take evidence of the additional visit to the visa interview.  Good luck!

Hi, thank you so much for you help. I was able to book a flight. I'm very excited to reunite with my husband. I do have proof that my other flights we cancelled due to covid so he will take the to the interview.

The what's app link you sent me does not allow me to join. I received a message that I need an invite. Should I give you my number?
