Timeline

Just to verify.  I am going on April 1st.    I will need travel insurance that states Covid is covered, my covid vaccination record, and a negative Covid PCR test?   I am am assuming I will need to show all of these at the immigration booth when I arrive in manila.

That's correct, insurance that covers Covid during the dates you'll be there and covers up to $35k, vaccination proof and negative test. Don't forget to complete your One Health Pass and download the QR code.
