Know of a bank that will allow to ship car overseas?

The bank that we have our car loan with will not allow us to ship the car overseas (only if we were in the military which we are not). We want to ship it for business purposes for 4 weeks while in Spain.

Chase is the only bank that I've found so far that will allow that but they didn't approve us because of one stipulation. There has got to be other banks out there that will allow this.

Anyone with any ideas?

How about using a refinance opportunity (such as home equity) and pay off the car loan so as not to worry about the bank's stipulation?
