Transfer Haiti embassy to Dominican republic

Whether anyone has or not is not the point.  What you WANT to know is whether YOU can do that.  Your interview can only be in the country where you are legally authorized to live (not just visit) or your country of Citizenship.  There is no Consulate/Embassy "shopping" possible.  If you are authorized to live in the D.R. and actually living there now, you can transfer.

You can call in "wording it wrong" if you want.  In reality, you asked a completely different question.  If six people answered "yes", you wouldn't know what you need to know.  I take it your foreign spouse is moving from Haiti to the D.R.  If the move is "legal" under D.R. immigration laws, he can transfer.

I simply asked what I wanted to ask.  If he move there would he have to come back to Haiti for his interview. So why are you coming at me like I am asking some illegal questions SIR ??  Its s simple question has anyone ever transferred. Maybe its not possible i dont KNOW THAT WHY I ASKED

What you'll do first is request the change from NVCNVC will then require the necessary documents evidencing residency or citizenship.  THEN, the Consular Immigrant Visa Unit will say yes or no to the transfer.  I've never heard of one saying no, unless all was not in order.
