    I simply asked what I wanted to ask. If he move there would he have to come back to Haiti for his interview. So why are you coming at me like I am asking some illegal questions SIR ?? Its s simple question has anyone ever transferred. Maybe its not possible i dont KNOW THAT WHY I ASKED

    Okay!!! Lol well sorry for wording it wrong. My spouse is moving there so i wanted to make sure his case will be transferred. Not trying to "embassy shop"
