I and my wife filed our N400's 10 days after we completed the 90 day N400 day pre filing timeline . It has been 4 days now and we have not gotten the Biometric Reuse notice. Also it shows us 15 months until competition .

We are well travelled and have fingerprinted many times with the USCIS . How long does it normally take for Biometric Reuse notice to arrive ?  Does this men we are slotted for manual biometrics ?

It's only been four days! Some people get that notice even months after filing. Relax.

USCIS has absolutely nothing to do with the fingerprints you do when you travel. That's the Department of Homeland Security. Separate entity. I too have been fingerprinted many, many times because I am a teacher, so every time I did student teaching or started a teaching position, I got fingerprinted by the FBI. Nothing to do with USCIS.

Just an FYI, Seattle is one of the slowest offices in the country. You should join this forum for N400 Seattle filers to give you a better idea of how long the timeline currently is.
