NVC Fee payment

Hello everyone, I am new here and please I need your help. My wife is the petitioner while I am the primary applicant. Our case has been created at the  NVC since Sept this year and she has been trying to make the fee payment. After submitting her bank account details, there have been no update as it is written on the website as "In-process" and finally changed to paid within 2 - 3 business days. The status remained "not paid". This is going to two months or more now. She has called the nvc customer center but there was nobody to answer the call, neither did we receive response to the public inquiry form we submitted. Literally our case is stagnant because we can't do anything until the fees are paid. Pls I need your help on what we can do. Thanks.

No, the money hasn't been taken from her account for the repeated times she has tried it.
