Hi everyone. I have a question about my Father's visa refusal under 221g. It says the Embassy will request the document on my father's behalf. I'm a bit confused as it says on the paper submit the document, does my Father have to request it too at NBI? or just wait. By the way they gave him back his passport. Thank you for your input.

Embassy is handling it .. just wait        'Nuff said.  ;)

Quite normal to get the passport back, embassy will request it be sent to them (by 2GO) when they want it back.

We have the same case as my dad. 🙁 So do we just wait until further instruction? Or can we send the passport back to 2go while waiting for the NBI to respond to USEM?

In my case I received an email two weeks after my Father's interview. He'll have to go back to Manila to have an interview with an nbi officer. It stated in the letter who to look for. So yes wait for an email from USEM and don't send his passport until further instruction.
