hi, how the problem can be solved when you're the DV winner and after sending DS260 to the KCC the email blocked. We tried many ways to restore but nothing. a new email is made and now can we contact to the KCC to inform about a new email? has anyone had such problem ???

Call KCC and update them with your new email address.

Email KCC and request they lock your DS260 form. Once the form gets unlocked, you go ahead and change the listed email address. KCC is not known to update the form on an applicant’s  behalf, you’ll have to make any change you wish yourself. And don’t bother calling to request the change either, they no longer answer the phone by the way.

if I send them email with explanation all my data, won't it be enough to make update?

Again, KCC is not known to update the DS260 form on behalf of selectees. The exception to that is when the interview location is being changed. Even at that, KCC only notes the request to change interview location (upon approval). They do not update the DS260 form itself.
