SLEC one day only and upcoming interview question

I just wanna share that my Father had his medical at St. Luke's and he's only had to do it on day 1 and was told everything is good no need to come back the next day. He had three jabs one was tdap, vericella and the other one. He had chest xray as well. His papers will be forwarded to the Embassy. I was shocked I was expecting they'd have him come back for the next day. I'm hoping for anyone who wil go through medical at St. Luke's will have a smooth process. His interview will be next week. Me and my family ate hoping and praying everything goes well for the interview 😔🙏🥰 Does he need negative pcr test result before the interview?
