Timeline

Hey Everyone- I was interviewed here in Riyadh Embassy. I got 221g for the original death cert of my petitioner. Last oct20, my ceac changed to ready from refused. then Oct21-it changes to Administrative Processing.

For those who are in same case- how many days u waited til it shows issued? Thanks

Timeline

There is no timeframe for AP. But in your case, hopefully it will progress soon to the next step.

It could mean that they got the document and are reviewing it.

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

Yes they have the document required since Sept27 and few days back they told me that my case is in the final stage of processing and thats the time it changes to AP from Ready. I really wish it will show issued so  I can breathe. This widow case as my petitioner passed away.
