Hello,

I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala but lives here in the U.S, and we finally received an appointment letter for his interview at the Embassy in Guatemala.

I'm getting all of our paperwork ready for the interview, and on the checklist that's on travel.state.gov, it states to bring the I-864 form.

We have already submitted this form to NVC along with my income verification (I'm the sponsor).

My question is, does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve my submitted I-864 form from Ceac (NVC website) or anywhere else, as I no longer have a copy of the form. I was told by someone that I could pull it from the NVC website, but I looked on there and couldn't figure out how to do it.

Also, if anyone has already gone to their appointment, did you end up needing the form and did they request it even though you had previously submitted it to NVC?

Thanks in advance! Really hoping to get some answers! 🙏🏻😊

Pretty sure you can't download or  access the i-864 / affidavit of support documents as they are seen as private and financially sensitive and not to be accessible once uploaded, this is in contrast to the Civil documents which you can access. I think this is to allow the sponsors to upload bank statements etc without the beneficiary having access to them.

That makes sense.
