I'm trying to enter the DV for 2023 but site does not work

I'm trying to enter the DV for 2023 but the site does not work. This site - https://dvprogram.state.gov/

 

There is no where to actually enter anything. I believe the DV is open until November 10, 2021. 

 

I've been on hold with the DOS for almost 2 hours and don't expect any help from them.

The DV-2023 registration period is between Oct 7, 2021 and November 10, 2021.  

You can't register now because you are early.   You have to wait until October 7, 2021 to register for DV-2023.

I don’t believe the 2021 dates have been formally released yet? (At least they are not yet on the official website). 
But yes you cannot enter until the entry period actually opens, so just keep an eye on the site to see when they announce the dates and when it opens. (I  believe last year they only announced the dates on 30 September.) Good luck!
