Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Peru
Timeline

Hello! My father has a similar timeline. I also applied Sep 2021, approved July 2022. We got the notice with requirements from the NVC electronically. We have questions about what is needed from me, the petitioner. It says in one of the steps, I'll copy paste. Could you let me know if this applies to me? the visa type on the description is throwing me off.

Thanks

Got the approval from USCIS on Thursday at 6pm. They sent me an email on Sunday afternoon today that they sent the files to NVC. At 7:52pm the same day on Sunday, we received the case number from NVC! I'm very impressed with the efficiency in this step! Good luck to everyone!
