Entry into U.S. on K1 visa from UK

Hello,

 

I recently received my K1 visa from the London Embassy (!) and am scheduled to fly to the U.S. this week, transiting through Amsterdam. I wondered if anyone here had recently travelled from the UK to the U.S. on a K1 visa and what their experience was like? I know the NIE is in place but I am curious if anyone had come into difficulty upon boarding? Probably worrying for no reason! I have the exceptions printed just in case I come into any issues. Any advice would be appreciated!

I also have finally got my K1 visa sorted and I'm due to fly to the U.S in the next week from Heathrow, London. Would very much appreciate any comments/advice. Thank you

Hello, can I ask why you are traveling via Amsterdam and how long did the process take for you to get your visa? thank you Lucy

I am interested in the answer to this question. Specifically I am interested in knowing if one needs to quarantine in a “non-high risk” for 14 days or if the K1 visa is good enough by itself to serve as a NIE and allow direct entry into the US.

this thread seems to say no quarantine is needed at outside country.  I would appreciate someone who just traveled on a K1 visa and recently entered the US from China, Brazil, India our South Africa or the uk or Europe shengen area.
