Based on the August updates from the Montreal CR1/IR1 tracking thread linked above, the consulate sent out interview letters for cases DQ October 2020.  So the current wait time is around 10 months from DQ to IL.  I encourage you to join that thread and have your case added to their up-to-date tracking sheet.
