Change of address

How can I change the address as my wife(beneficiary) has recently moved? I tried searching USCIS website but I only came up with forms to change my address(Petitioner).

Secondly, I haven't received her NOA1. I can only see her case online. I reached out to USCIS twice and nothing yet. 

 

I'm thinking about just typing up a letter and sending it in. Her case is in Nebraska center. Can anyone please help.

Thanks for the link but I'm super confused. I tried it but I can only see a way to update my US address not the address of my wife's who is outside of US.

No need to inform USCIS.  After the petition is approved and the case gets forwarded to NVC, enter the updated address information in the DS-260 and I-864 forms.
