AOS interview

Hello. I need some advice here…

I came to USA on k1 visa and applied for my AOS couple weeks ago. I don’t know when i will be called for the interview but my husband is going for the deployment for about 4months around new year. 

So my question is what if i will have an interview at this time while he is out of the country. Will they deny my application? Or can i move my interview?

You can call USCIS (via the Military help line: https://www.uscis.gov/military/military-help-line) and try to expedite your case before your husband goes to the deployment. If they don't expedite it then you could still go to your interview alone while he is deployed: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-a-chapter-5

Military Personnel Petitioners

USCIS may waive the personal appearance of the military spouse petitioner; however, the adjustment applicant must appear for an interview. USCIS makes every effort to reschedule these cases so that both the petitioner and adjustment applicant can attend the interview before deployment. The adjustment applicant may choose to proceed while the petitioner is abroad.
